The default role for new accounts is user. With this role you can participate in courses. You may want to give people extra rights. By default there are 2 additional roles available: manager and course creator.
- With the manager role you can manage all courses and accounts.
- The course builder role allows you to create courses and edit your own. It is not possible to edit courses that you have not built yourself.
It is possible to request custom roles. Please contact our support team for this.
To assign a role to an account, click on Manager. in the users tab, select “Assign role”. You will now see an overview of the available roles. Click on a role and you can assign or remove users from this role.
